Youth Living Well: Edu-Session
Edu-Sessions offers multi-disciplinary skills learning sessions on various topics while providing
opportunities to share personal experiences and support one another through thought-provoking
conversations. Sessions take place on the first Wednesday of the month from 7-9 pm. Here is a sneak
peek at some of the upcoming topics!
December – Goal Setting
In December’s edu-sesson, we will focus on the importance of goal setting, including short-term and
long-term goals. There will also be discussions surrounding creating effective and achievable goals while
valuing flexibility and adaptability.
January 3, 2024 – Motivation and Building Support
n January, we will discuss ‘motivation and building a support network’. We may talk about topics
surrounding motivators, habits that foster motivation, impact of a supportive network, or skills for
creating new support networks.
February 7, 2024 – Resilience

Youth Living Well: Drop-in Peer Support Group
Drop-in Peer Support groups is for anyone identifying as a youth or young adult (ages 16-29) living with
mental health challenges and looking for support from a group of empathetic peers. Each session is a
safe and inclusive space to share their experiences, hear from others, and make connections. This group
runs on Wednesdays, except the first of the month, from 7-9pm.
