Warm Line operates from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.

We provide free counselling and peer support services by appointment.

We are closed on statutory holidays.

Reach Out To Us!

At Hope + Me, we offer free support programs to people across Ontario, and their families, who are living with depression, anxiety or bipolar disorder.

We have peer support groups in many communities throughout Ontario. All groups are free, and most of them are on a drop-in basis.
