Winnie
Facilitating these programs fuels my strong interest in supporting the youth in my community by creating a welcoming space of open vulnerability, sensibility, authenticity and genuineness. Collectively caring for ourselves is a revolutionary act and it is my highest honour to be a part of this healing journey with you.
Off-peak hours, I enjoy learning Spanish, ballroom dancing, listening to music – and I am currently learning how to rollerblade!

Camila (She/Her)
I spent my time watching Twitch, painting, reading and cuddling my dog. I am always eager to learn and try new things that bring me out of my comfort zone. Facilitating programs definitely allows me to do both! Being a facilitator for these programs is a great way for me to know more about youth and the mental health community. As a facilitator, I want the programs to be a safe place for youths to speak about their experiences without judgement and learn helpful tactics they can introduce to their lives. I hope to make the space comfortable, open-minded, and a source of support.
